I have seen it all when it comes to renting, and not just as a property manager.

As a renter, I have a front row seat with how PMs manage and how Rental Providers own.

One thing I continue to notice, is how little people seem to understand about renting in Victoria and when they do have a question - it’s straight to the wrong source.

This applies for both Rental Providers and Renters.

My aim is to be a healthy and welcoming space that educates all about what it is to rent in Victoria. I want to be an enivronment that Rental Providers and Renters alike can be reasurred knowing they are getting the right help.

Then there’s the next generation who will (most likely) one day be renting. I want to ensure they are filled with as much knowledge and awareness of what it means to be a renter.

What is expeted of them legally and ethically, as well as taking the fear out of the unknown.
