Bright living room with large windows, a white curved sofa with yellow pillows, a round wooden coffee table with pink flowers and books, a striped pillow on the floor, a red side table, a potted orange tree, a green lamp, and colorful abstract artwork on the wall.

I’m a property manager, a renter, and someone who genuinely loves what I do.

But after years of working with renters and rental providers, I kept noticing the same problem: people simply weren’t prepared with the right information.

Many people were learning the basics of living in a home only after something went wrong — from dealing with environmental mould to figuring out who is responsible for a repair, or even how to fix that annoying squeaky hinge.

And I thought: why are we waiting until something goes wrong to educate people?

So, I’m starting at the source.

I’m on a mission to make renting feel less intimidating and a whole lot more understandable. That starts with the next generation of renters — Year 11 and 12 students who are about to step into their first rental, share house, or home of their own.

Because knowing how to rent isn’t just about signing a lease.

It’s knowing your rights.
It’s knowing your responsibilities.
It’s knowing how to look after your home.
It’s knowing when something isn’t right — and where to go for help.

And most importantly, it’s having the confidence to ask questions without feeling embarrassed or judged.

I also offer 1:1 consulting for beginner renters and rental providers, helping you navigate the things that can feel confusing when you’re just starting out.

Whether you’re about to rent your first home, become a rental provider, or simply have a question you don’t know who to ask, I’m here to make things clearer.

What makes us different?

We are the only one that does what we do. No competition, Victoria’s first and only.
